[isf-wifidog] Wifidog installation

Well either you wait for some of the developers to compile the ipk file or:

1. Get openwrt source
2. Compile openwrt
3. Get wifidog.1.1.0
4. compile wifidog..and you get ipk file

This is all done on a linux box.
