[isf-wifidog] Confusion in the installation of magpierss

You must copy the content of smarty .zip so that the /wifidog/lib  
contains
/wifidog/lib/smarty/Smarty.class.php  etc...

/wifidog/lib/magpie/rss_utils.inc etc...
