[isf-wifidog] ISF is now using Google Maps to display hotspotsstatus

Héhé, je la voyais venir celle-là. Si quelqu'un a du temps pour écrire
l'administration ;-) héhé De toute façon il va y avoir une restructuration
majeure de la gestion des noeuds dans Wifidog. J'avais l'intention
d'ajouter un système de geocoding et une map pour pinpointer la position
exacte d'un hotspot. ... En attendant c'est crappy, I know.
