[isf-wifidog] ISF is now using Google Maps to display hotspots status

Woohoo ! Finally after many many months of waiting, we now a nice map of
Ile Sans Fil hotspots using the nice little piece of JavaScript code that
I wrote. It's freshly activated the ISF production server (50 live
hotspots).

Hope it's gonna help ISF ops team to keep an eye on our hotspots.
