[Volunteers] Restarted all hotspots

The auth server changed IP address and the hotspots did NOT pickup the 
change. I'll check and make sure the change to detect IP changes is in 
1.1.0_alpha5, because I upgraded all hotspots to that version recently 
and they didn't pick it up.

So I restarted all the hotspots, I hope I did not forget any.
