[isf-wifidog] CVS wifidog-auth question

That's weird ... Can you ping cvs.sf.net ? So you are actually just  
type "enter" (empty string) when asked for the password ? It appears  
you are doing it as root... Did you try with another user on that  
machine ? Which version of Linux, CVS etc... are you using ?
