	* Tiny modifications to config.php
	* Reinserted the deprecated defines, created errors on my system
	* Fully translated FormSelectGenerator class, Locale
	* Added comments to Utils, Locale etc..
	* Fully tested installation from scratch using blank database with  
installation script
	* Improved installation script a bit
	* Synched SQL for CVS schema 29 --> 33

I did not fully tested, but it should help people who are starting  
from scratch since the installation process is cleaner. Feel free to  
comment on that. I will test with my hotspot tomorrow and fix a slew  
of bugs I guess ....
