[isf-wifidog] errors in fresh install of cvs head

I will have some spare time after Chrismast and I'm planning to build a
complete web site for Wifidog. And the missing developer documentation
will be one of my priority. I hope I will have all the time to do this.
Also, I will ask for comments and what everybody want for a better team
work.
