[isf-wifidog] adding user to the map

I know that it would be a UI problem, because all of the users would
show up at the same point, but how hard would it be for you to add the
users that are currently signed on to the google map?

Also, if you could do that, could you add a layer that showed at which
hotspot users first connected/created their account? (i'm 99% sure
that we have that data).
