[isf-wifidog] Access Denied

When a client (web browser) hands the gateway a token, and the  
gateway checks the token status with the central server, and the  
central server replies with status DENIED (token already used/user  
banned/etc...), the gateway re-directs the user's web browser to that  
URL.
