[isf-wifidog] Installation script

Bonjour à tous,

The installation script is now suitable enough to be used. I put the
script in CVS few minutes ago. I think it will help everybody be giving an
easy way to install and configure all options. More work need to be done,
but I think I need users feedback for better validation, error handling,
integration, security, explanation and documentation, etc.

Please report bugs to the mailing list for better support.
