[isf-wifidog] User Mac and Ip Address

I also notice the timestamp_in and timestamp_out are exactly the same. Could
it be openwrt/wifidog issue of not sending an ip or mac address.

When the connection hasn't yet been used.  You should never see this if the 
incoming or outgoing data is not zero.
