[isf-wifidog] Open firewall during validation

I've modified wifidog.conf in the CVS tree.  The validating-users
ruleset now allows all traffic, but I erred on the side of caution and
explicitly disallowed sending SMTP.  All other traffic is now allowed
(like our validated users).  I based that call on the common consensus
shown to my previous emails on this issue.

Unless anyone has any objections, would our esteemed release engineer
please bake a fresh new batch of 1.1.2_beta2 tarballs and iPkgs ?
