[isf-wifidog] New look, RSS

We are aware of the two issues... As for the logo, I should create a  
transparent version tomorrow to integrate it... About the RSS feeds,  
it's on my buglist, I'll have to check the characters conversion...

The interface will be improved in the next few days.  I'm open to  
comments from the web designers and artists from the volunteers list.  
I really did'nt know what colors, fonts, backgrounds to choose for  
the portal content.
Maya, did you plan something for the portal content color scheme ?
