[Wifidog] The libhttpd situation

I'll make it clear in 3 points:

1. In all case, I modified configure.in to change the version number
(And allways did after a distclean).

2. All modifications I made DID worked.

3. node_list.pgp truncate wifidog's name, so ALL text AFTER preX DOESN'T
appear.

For example, when I called Wifidog "WiFiDog 1.0.2-pre1-new-libhttp", it
still appeared as "WiFiDog 1.0.2-pre1" in node_list.php.

| branch alex created without the mods to libhttpd) and it shows in the
