[Wifidog] CVS Update from code review

Hello,

	I've put all the changes from my annotated source code back into the
CVS and gotten a version that compiles without errors. It's untested but I
wanted to get this in ASAP so as to not stall anyone else who might have
changes to do.

	I'll do some testing friday if I can.
