libhttpd vanilla 1.3 did not support custom 404 pages, which we need to 
correctly re-direct the user to the central server.

I modified libhttpd and created the patch that adds this functionality. 
  I've emailed the author the patch in case he's interested in adding it 
to his next release.

I modified wifidog to:

1. Test for the new function httpdAddC404Content in configure.in, which 
kicks in when you run autogen.sh or autoconf - if it doesn't find it 
it'll tell you where to get the patch from

2. Use httpdAddC404Content in the code as needed

On a "clean" checkout it's not broken and the details are clear.
