[Wifidog] libhttpd

Looks good! I compiled it and looked at the redirection it's doing from my
"GET / HTTP/1.0", but can't test any further at the moment, I will try
tonight when I'm home.

I think it might be good to have libhttpd bundled with WiFiDog since it's
so small, so the people who want to compile it does not need to go get
that dependency. I have no idea if this is realistic and/or a good idea.
